There you will find a few Spanish lesson bundles we have worked on. We are going to have a separate post sharing the details of the current bundles available, check back for that soon!

This is just the beginning of what we are going to share. The complete collection of curriculum will be launched this spring!

Now, back to introducing us... We have been close friends for almost 10 years, meeting in our children's preschool class. We've supported each other through so many life events and are excited to join forces with this Spanish curriculum!

I'm Mary and I work as a Spanish teacher for 2nd-8th grade. My first career was in international business with a large import/export company where I had the opportunity to conduct sales in Latin America. I’ve always had a passion for teaching and working close with various volunteer organizations to help others learn language, which is the reason I decided to change careers and become a teacher. I have been teaching in Wisconsin for 7 years. When I started teaching elementary Spanish I noticed there were not a lot of lessons that worked well for some of my classes. I had been working towards teaching using a "new-to-me" method of Comprehensible Input, or CI. Many of the resources were either too old or too young for my students. So began the beginnings of Elementos Español. A growing bundle of complete units that will help a teacher begin using CI methods in class while teaching various themes in interesting ways.

I'm Emily, I work on the graphic arts side of things. I am self taught after years of running an interior design blog. I wore all of the hats including creating pinnable images, free pintables, wall art and graphics to have it be a success! I love connecting with people through social media and sharing exciting ideas! After choosing to take a step back from my interior design blog I was ready for my next adventure and that is how Mary and I decided to work together. I have created the images to help bring Mary's lessons to life for the young and eager Spanish learners! I grew up with the Spanish language being a big part of everyday life. The language and culture was integrated into my school years through Spanish speaking students as well as bilingual teachers. This background has helped so much in collaborating with Mary to make her amazing lessons shine!
